Details on accessing the audio/video on this website:

Instructions for accessing the video:

I have provided the videos both in flash format and downloadable .mp4 format. Most computers already have Adobe flash installed, and so it is likely you will be able to view the flash videos without the need to install anything. However, if you cannot view the flash videos properly, i recommend downloading and installing the free Adobe flash player from http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&promoid=BUIGP

Apple computers come preinstalled with Quicktime player, and as such you should not need to install any additional software to view the downloadable .mp4 formatted videos. If you are using a PC running Windows XP or Vista, and you cannot view the videos in downloadable .mp4 format, i suggest downloading and installing the free Apple Quicktime player which can be obtained from http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ . If you want to download the videos in .mp4 format to play at a later time, you will want to do a right mouse click (or on an Apple computer Control key + left mouse click) on the .mp4 video link, and then select the option to save the file locally. If you are running Internet Explorer, this option will be 'Save Target As', if you are using Safari this option will be 'Download Linked File As,' and if you are using Firefox this option will be 'Save Link As.'

Instructions for downloading the lectures in audio format into iTunes :

PC using Internet Explorer (if you are using another browser,
the steps might be slightly different):

1. Go to the one of the audio links above, then do a right mouse click on the file you want, then select 'Save Target As' , then put it somewhere that you can retrieve it, like the desktop.

2. Now bring up iTunes, and select File-->Add to Library, then find the file you saved in the above step and select it. This should import it into itunes where you can then synch it with your ipod (if you own one).

Mac using Safari:

1. Go to one of the audio links above, then right mouse click (or Control + left mouse button), then select 'Download Linked File As' , then put it somewhere that you can retrieve it, like the
desktop.

2. Now bring up iTunes, and select File-->Add to Library, then find the file you saved in the above step and select it. this should import it into itunes where you can then synch it with your ipod (if you own one).
